COUPON REDEMPTION PROCESS

Each Coupon is redeemable, one time only, for a $28.00 refund for the purchase of a full-price ticket to a Qualified Event within two years of the Effective Date (June 26, 2007 until June 26, 2009). A listing of Qualified Events appears below, and will be updated as new events are scheduled. Please note that the listing of an event as a "Qualified Event" is not a guarantee or representation that tickets are still available for that event.

To redeem the Coupon, the Settlement Class Member must purchase a full price ticket to a Qualified Event. Upon purchasing such full-price tickets to a Qualified Event, the Settlement Class Member shall furnish to the Claims Agent (Garden City Group), no later than sixty days after the Qualified Event, the Coupon together with valid proof of purchase of the ticket(s) to the Qualified Event. On the back of each Coupon, the Settlement Class Member must affirm under penalty of perjury that (a) he or she did not move and was not offered the opportunity to move to a different seat during the Concerts that were the subject of the Action; and (b) he or she was not given a refund, or given the opportunity to receive a refund for their tickets to the Concerts that were the subject of the Action.

The sixty day redemption period is an integral term of the Settlement. In the event that a Settlement Class Member submits the Coupon and valid proof of purchase to the Qualified Event after the expiration of this sixty day period, such Settlement Class Member shall have no rights under the Settlement. However, such Settlement Class Member will nonetheless have been deemed to have released the Released Parties from the Released Claims.

The Coupons have no cash value. The Coupons shall not be transferable to any other person, may not be used more than once, nor shall the Coupons be aggregated toward the purchase of a number of tickets less than the number of Coupons. By way of example, a Settlement Class Member with two Coupons may use those Coupons to obtain a $28.00 rebate off the purchase of two full-price tickets to a Qualified Event, but such Settlement Class Member may not aggregate two Coupons for two $28.00 rebates from the purchase of a single full-price ticket. Moreover, the Coupons will entitle the Settlement Class Member to the lesser of (a) a $28.00 rebate off the purchase of a full price ticket to a Qualified Event or (b) a full rebate for the purchase of a full price ticket to a Qualified Event. In other words, if the Coupon is redeemed for a ticket to a Qualified Event for which the face value of the ticket is less than $28.00, the Settlement Class Member shall only be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.

Upon receipt of the Coupon and valid proof of purchase, the Claims Agent will issue a Check (the "Check") to the Eligible Class Member for the appropriate rebate amount.

The Check to the Eligible Class Member shall be issued in an amount equal to the face value of the number of Coupons validly redeemed. The Checks shall carry the notation "VOID IF NOT CASHED WITHIN 90 DAYS" or similar language. Upon the issuance and clearing of the Check, Defendants shall have been deemed to have fulfilled all obligations pursuant to this Stipulation. The cashing or depositing of the Check within the time specified on the face of the Check is an integral part of the Settlement, and in no event shall such voided Checks be reissued, or impose any further obligation on behalf of any of the Defendants. The Eligible Class Member's right to payment is purely and completely conditioned upon presentment of the Check within such 90 day period.
