1. What is this litigation about and what are the terms of the settlement?

2. Who are the members of the proposed Settlement Class?
All persons who purchased tickets from Ticketmaster, Ticketmaster L.L.C., Madison Square Garden, L.P., SFX Entertainment, Inc., or World Events, LLC (collectively, "Defendants") for seats in sections 408-420, 315-329, 211-219, 111-119, and 65-69 (the "Applicable Sections") in the arena known as Madison Square Garden for the September 7, 2001 or September 10, 2001 concerts entitled "Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration, The Solo Years" (the "Concerts") whose views of the stage were obstructed and whose tickets did not indicate a fully obstructed view (the "Settlement Class" and each member of the Settlement Class, a "Settlement Class Member"). However, only those Settlement Class Members who were not offered a refund of the purchase price for the tickets, who did not receive such a refund, who did not know of the availability of a refund, who were not offered the opportunity to move to a seat without a fully obstructed view, who did not know of the opportunity to move to a seat without a fully obstructed view, or who did not move to a seat without a fully obstructed view during the Concerts shall be entitled to any benefits arising from the proposed Settlement (the "Eligible Class Members")
3. If I do not wish to participate, how do I opt-out of this Settlement?
